A preview loads first, with optional full RAW decode. Zoom and pan to check sharpness. A double-click zooms in on the clicked spot, two fingers zoom to 8x, and the zoom can stay from photo to photo. Focus points are decoded for the nine brands listed under Cameras and formats, with the detected subject and eye where the camera records them. White marks focus points, blue subjects, red eyes, each with an icon. Cull from the keyboard Sichten über die Tastatur
Shift plus the selection key selects the photo and moves to the next one. Home, End, Page Up and Page Down move the grid, and the selection, import status and file type filters each have a shortcut. Copy to a folder or import into Apple Photos. Folders and albums show their full path and stay remembered for the next import. Import with an overview Import mit Überblick
Before the start you see the size and the free space at the destination. A running import can be stopped, and failed photos retried. Hypo remembers what’s already imported, so you never import twice, and can delete imported photos from the camera or card. Vor dem Start siehst du die Größe und den freien Platz am Ziel. Every copy into a folder is read back and compared before the original is deleted. Two photos that arrive under the same name from different cards get their own numbered files.
